Competitive Trampoline and Tumbling Program (T&T)

Trampoline and Tumbling gymnastics (T&T) consists of two separate categories: Trampoline and Tumbling. Athletes can choose to participate in both disciplines or focus their training on one of the events.

Trampoline requires the performance of compulsory and optional routines, consisting of various jumps, flips and twists. Athletes can also perform synchronized routines with a partner. Although the program also includes double-mini trampoline, Tumblers Gymnastics does not train or compete this optional element.

Tumbling requires the performance of various skills in sequence on a rod floor (for extra bounce).

BECOME A
COMPETITIVE ATHLETE

To join a competitive program, athletes must first participate in an assessment to ensure they are ready for the demands of the sport. These take place annually in the form of tryouts (typically in May). Individual assessments can also be booked on a case by case basis.

Although we wish we could accept all those interested, places are limited and are based on availability within each competitive stream. See our competitive program structure below.
