WHY GYMNASTICS?

Gymnastics is one of the greatest activities to include as part of your child’s physical development.  At Tumblers we believe gymnastics is more than just a sport, it is a lifetime activity.  Gymnastics promotes fitness, strength, coordination, self-esteem, and most importantly a great deal of fun.

Tumblers offers a program for everyone, from toddlers to adults, with a large selection of recreational classes during the daytime, on weekends and weeknights, 7 days a week, 12 months of the year.

Whether you’re interested in traditional gymnastics, trampolining, tumbling, parkour, adult classes, or drop-ins and free-play, there’s bound to be something for you! For a more detailed description of our classes, simply click on the above tabs.

All members must fill-out the following forms in order to participate in one of our programs. We encourage you to fill these out prior to your first class, or you’ll need to fill them out in person upon your arrival.

KINDER (0-5yr)

Gymnastics for kids aged 0-5 offers numerous advantages, including improved motor skills, coordination, and balance. It helps build strength and flexibility while fostering discipline and boosting self-confidence.

6+ REC

Gymnastics for kids aged 6-8 is a fantastic way to enhance physical fitness, agility, and coordination. It promotes discipline, self-confidence, and perseverance as they master new skills and routines. Additionally, gymnastics encourages social interaction and teamwork, fostering valuable friendships and cooperation.

9+ REC

Gymnastics for kids aged 9 and older offers a wide range of benefits, including increased strength, flexibility, and balance. It promotes discipline, goal-setting, and perseverance as they advance through skill levels and routines. It's an excellent way for older children to stay active while building valuable life skills and a strong sense of accomplishment.

PARKOUR

Parkour, for kids, is an exhilarating activity that encourages physical fitness, agility, and creativity. It teaches them to navigate obstacles and their surroundings safely, enhancing spatial awareness and problem-solving skills.

TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING

Trampoline and tumbling offer kids a dynamic way to improve balance, coordination, and strength while having tons of fun. These activities boost cardiovascular fitness and help develop a solid core and muscle control. They also enhance spatial awareness and encourage creativity as kids learn flips, twists, and routines.

DROP-INS

Gymnastics is a fantastic activity for kids that promotes physical fitness, coordination, and flexibility. It helps them build strength and endurance while enhancing discipline and self-esteem.

TUMBLERS CAMPS

Camps are an ideal way for kids to stay active, socialize, and have a blast during the break. These camps provide a safe and structured environment where children can improve their physical fitness, agility, and coordination.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Gymnastics private lessons offer your child personalized attention and accelerated progress. With one-on-one coaching, they can focus on specific skills and areas of improvement, leading to faster development and mastery of gymnastics techniques.
