CLUB POLICIES

Cancellation Policy:
At Tumblers Gymnastics, we hope to provide a wonderful experience for all. We understand sometimes parents and children change their minds. However, it is important to read the following cancellation policy prior to registering for classes.

REFUNDS: NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS will be issued after the first day of class or camp, except in the case of injury or medical reason, accompanied by a physician’s note. In this case, a prorated refund will be issued.

Refunds requested 10 days prior to the first class or day of camp are subject to a $25 CANCELLATION FEE. If you feel that another class would be a better fit for your child’s development, please speak to the coach and our membership services staff to inquire about the possibility of transferring to another class.

Refunds or credits are not issues should a child miss a class due to illness or other personal reasons.

The $52.50 Gymnastics Ontario insurance fee is a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE paid to Gymnastics Ontario, not Tumblers Gymnastics Centre.

CANCELLATIONS: Class schedules are subject to change. Classes run pending enrolment and coaching availability. Notice will be provided in the event of cancellations. Make-up classes or credits are only provided when a cancellation is initiated by Tumblers Gymnastics Centre.
