Can’t choose just one class? Register your child for two classes in the same session and receive a 5% discount on the second class!

Registration Policies and General Information
INSURANCE FEE: This is a mandatory Gymnastics Ontario annual fee of $35 per person that will be valid for all registrations between July 1 and June 30 of each membership year. This fee is non-refundable.
All competitive fees are due on the first of every month beginning July 1st of every season. Any late payments will be subject to a $25 penalty fee. NSF payments will result in a $45 administration fee.
Tumblers Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel any programs with insufficient registration one week prior to the program start date.
Cancellation or withdrawal of a registration prior to classes commencing will result in a $40.00 administration fee. Following commencement of the session,NO refunds nor credits will be issued save the form of an account credit for medical reasons only (a medical certificate must be provided).
If you and/or your child are not completely satisfied after your first class, Tumblers Gymnastics will refund your full session tuition excluding your membership fee and a $40 administration fee will be applied if requested before the second class.
After your first class,Tumblers Gymnastics maintains a NO REFUND policy on all of our fees in order to ensure proper safety and staffing for our classes and events.
Summer Camp Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Once you are registered, we hope that nothing interferes with your child coming to Tumblers Gymnastics. However, if you must cancel your child’s registration, please be aware of our cancellation policy:
Refunds are subject to a $40 non-refundable administration fee and will be given according to the following schedule:
• If requested at least one month before the first day of camp, you will receive a full refund (less the administration fee).
• If requested less than one month before the first day of camp, you will receive a 50% refund (less the administration fee).
• If requested less than two weeks before the first day of camp, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Every year, unfortunately, children are turned away from our camps due to lack of available room. The more notice we have of cancellation, the better our ability to fill that space with another interested child. If your child is ill or, for any reason, misses one or more days of camp, we will not be able to provide a partial refund.
LANGUAGE: Tumblers classes are instructed in English, however most of our coaches are bilingual and are happy to work in both languages.
CLOTHING: To ensure comfort and safety during gymnastics class, children should wear clothing that is easy to move in (t-shirt & shorts or jogging pants). Leotards are also permitted. Avoid zippers, buttons, jewelry (except stud earrings and medic alert bracelets), clothes with ties, and clothes that are heavy. Socks and shoes should be taken off before entering the gym area.
